The Rafe Sagarin Fund for Innovative Ecology was launched with initial donations from those who were touched by Rafe and his approach to understanding the natural world. These initial donations allow us to begin making awards in 2016. To continue on, we need contributions from others who knew Rafe and his work, from those who are passionate about natural history, from any who love to see creative inquiry that crosses disciplinary bounds, and from those eager to support young scientists.

All donations are fully tax deductible. The financial affairs of the fund are administered by the Santa Barbara Foundation.
